Antipodean Projects (International) senior aviation team have been involved in aerial inspection and maintenance support for utility companies for over 20 years. We have provided periodic and emergency aerial infrastructure inspections, thermographic and LIDAR mapping surveys including the use of corona camera to support ongoing preventative maintenance of power distribution networks to ensure greater efficiency. In 2005 our senior team developed thermographic and aerial inspection surveys in urban environments from a helicopter with the use of long range gyroscopic gimbal camera systems. This allowed for a complete inspection and recording of electricity networks from a helicopter in both rural and city environments.
We continue to provide safe and cost effective aerial solutions including innovation with the development of heavy lift carrier drones capable of conducting powerline and wind turbine washing and inspection using specialised camera systems.
